Return & Exchange Policy
Our Hassle-Free Return Process
At Cool! Mechanisms, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy for eligible items. To initiate a return, contact our customer care team at sales@getcoolmechanisms.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received. Once we receive your return, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Refunds will include the purchase price, excluding original shipping costs. For your convenience, we provide a prepaid return shipping label for domestic orders; international customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please reach out with any questions, and we’ll guide you through the process promptly.
